We also provide Solutions to keep your web based and in-house systems synchronized. This means everything from the ability to import data from forms on your web site to your office automation solution, to the ability to upload price changes etc from your office application to your e-commerce site.

Support:
We know exactly how frustrating getting technical support can be! Because of this we have set up several support areas to better serve you. By utilizing the proper area you can ensure that you receive the help you need in a timely fashion. We do ask that you use one of our support ticket systems for help when possible, this helps us to better build a knowledge base as well as be able to track trends. Also in the case of tech support for web sites, our response times are much faster 24x7 if you use the support ticket system. We do have emergency phone support available at 719-597-6771. Phone support is billed at $2.50 per minute if you do not have a support plan with us unless it is for something such as a web server being down etc.
For TeleMagic, network issues, and other software support please submit a support ticket with our online ticket system, a tech will respond as soon as possible, generally within a few hours. You will need to register the first time you utilize the system, thereafter you can use the login you create in registration. To register for an account click here. To prepay for an incident you can click here, then you will be returned to the support ticket system to enter your help request.
